Tylar Schmunk Hitting
Tylar is a 2008 graduate of Chaparral High School where he played under Coach Steve Eaton. He was team captain his senior year for Coach Eaton’s final year in High School Baseball and was instrumental in leading the team to the Elite 8. After graduation Tylar moved on to be the #1 starting pitcher and play outfield at Northeastern Junior College. Tylar finished his college career at Campbellsville University on a baseball scholarship and was a weekend starter. The second half of the season he changed to being the team's closer. His senior year they won the Regional tournament and moved on to play in the NCCA World Series. Tylar has coached for Chaparral High School and Arapahoe Longball and has coached Team Colorado summer and fall teams.
