Come and join the Landow Performance Club at Bardo's Diamond Sports this winter! Performance coach Al Sandoval will be leading strength and speed sessions using Landow Performance training methods for high school athletes throughout the winter training season. Athletes have the opportunity to choose between a Monday/Wednesday or a Tuesday/Thursday workout from 3:30-5:00 p.m. The cost of the club is $200 per month recurring on the date of sign up with an opportunity to cancel anytime before the next renewal date. Coach Al Sandoval has spent 11 seasons in professional baseball as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. His first five seasons were spent with the Colorado Rockies with one season in Rookie Ball with the Casper Ghosts and four years in AA with the Tulsa Drillers. The next five years were with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim that involved two years in AA with the Arkansas Travelers and three years as their Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coordinator. He is currently working with the Texas Rangers at the High A level. Throughout his time in professional baseball he as implemented organizational strength and conditioning programs as well as developed and coordinated strength and conditioning protocols for organizations at all levels. His passion is to train athletes to reach their peek potential as athletes as well as human beings. This passion helped him to earn the Professional Baseballs Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society Texas League Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year in 2010 & 2012.
